Beacon is being built as a marketing console around your Apify account. Lead Finder is implemented; competitor tracking, rankings, reviews, social listening, and AI-assisted content workflows are planned. Contact the studio about current access.
Every module runs on your own Apify account. Beacon orchestrates the runs, organizes the results, and lets the AI layer turn raw scrapes into something you can actually act on.
Pull prospects from directories, maps, and marketplaces into a clean list — names, sites, contacts — deduped and ready to work.
Track rival sites, pricing, and pages on a schedule. Beacon flags the diffs so you see what changed without re-reading anything.
Watch your keywords across search results day over day. Movement, winners, and losers — charted, with the why summarized.
Collect reviews across your chosen platforms, with sentiment summaries to help your team prioritize responses.
Surface mentions of your brand, your competitors, and your category. Catch the conversation while it's still a conversation.
Turn what Beacon learns into drafts — then hand them straight to Corin for human-approved publishing.
Planned summaries and drafts would help teams review module output and decide what to do next, with human approval before publishing.
Connect your Apify account and provide a token. Beacon stores it encrypted and decrypts it on the server to run the actors you request. Apify bills compute directly to you, with no markup from Beacon.
Add and remove seats as your team flexes. Seat access is assigned to individual team members; AI drafts are planned.
No infrastructure to stand up. Connect, pick, run, act.
Paste your Apify API token once. Beacon stores it encrypted and uses it to run actors on your behalf — compute stays on your Apify bill, never ours.
Start with Lead Finder and choose the search target. The additional modules and scheduled workflows shown on this page are planned.
Run Lead Finder on demand to request results from Apify. Scheduled workflows are planned.
Planned AI workflows would summarize results and prepare drafts, with a proposed Corin handoff for human-approved publishing.
One simple price per person. Two-seat minimum, scale up or down anytime. You bring your own Apify account — compute is billed by Apify, separately.
Beacon is licensed per seat, with a 2-seat minimum. Annual billing saves roughly two months per seat. You connect your own Apify account — Apify compute is billed to you by Apify, separately and at cost. What does that mean?

Beacon runs its scraping modules on your Apify account, not ours. You paste your Apify API token once, and Beacon uses it to launch the actors that gather leads, reviews, rankings, and the rest. Your Beacon subscription covers the console, the orchestration, and the AI layer — the actual scraping compute is billed to you directly by Apify, at their published rates, with no markup from us. It means full transparency on usage and no surprise platform fees.
Apify is a cloud platform for running "actors" — small programs that scrape and automate the web at scale. Beacon's modules are built on top of Apify actors, so you get reliable, maintained data pipelines without us reinventing a scraping stack. You'll need a free or paid Apify account to connect; we'll point you to exactly what to sign up for during setup.
Each seat is one person with their own Beacon console, saved module runs, and AI drafts. Pricing is a flat rate per seat — $99/seat/month, or roughly $82/seat/month when billed annually (you save about two months). There's a two-seat minimum, and you can add or remove seats as your team changes; your invoice adjusts with it. Enterprise gets volume per-seat pricing — talk to us.
Yes. You define the targets — the directories, competitor sites, keywords, review platforms, and search terms Beacon watches. You can also import your own lists to enrich or dedupe against, and export everything Beacon collects to CSV or hand drafts straight to Corin. It's your data, your account, your call. Nothing is locked in.
Corin publishes from your browser session after human approval. A Beacon-to-Corin handoff is planned; it is not currently included.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through PayPal. Contact the studio to confirm your seat access end date and arrange any available data exports.
Per-seat, your keys, your data. An AI layer that reads the signal so your team doesn't have to. Built by a studio that's been doing this since 2008.
