Bring the studio's tools
into one workspace.
Mike wanted a workspace that connected his development tools, creative work, and communications, with control over how those connections worked.
He organized Koda around web development, creative production, communications, and task coordination. The dashboard connects these workflows, and six supporting components are available under MIT.
He set himself an ambitious build schedule and brought his experience in development and server administration to the project.
Building with Claude.
One iteration at a time.
Mike worked with Claude in long development sessions, sometimes 18 hours at a stretch, iterating directly on the code as the system took shape.
That work drew on four decades of experience, from the Commodore 64 through server administration, frontend development, and AI integration, as he used AI to generate and revise code.
The early project snapshot recorded 24 backend modules, each handling a distinct domain, connected through one dashboard. The modular structure let Mike work on individual integrations as the system developed.
One dashboard
for studio work.
Koda — named from the Lakota Sioux word for "friend" — brings development, creative, and administrative tools into one workspace, with persistent memory to retain context between sessions.
The early snapshot recorded 72 agent tools, including a Web Development Studio with an integrated IDE, Creative Studio powered by Stable Diffusion and Midjourney, Content Lab for writing and editing, video generation through Sora, 54+ voices through ElevenLabs, email and SMS via Twilio and SendGrid, calendar management, and a multi-agent orchestration system that can delegate work across specialized sub-agents.
Koda's credential vault uses AES-256-GCM encryption. Tasks that use external APIs send the data required for those integrations. Koda's Aura system maps conversations to emotional states using a chakra-inspired color model, giving her responses genuine warmth and contextual awareness.
Mike brought his interest in functional art to the dashboard, organizing the tools in a visual workspace.

Inside the Dashboard.
What She Can Do.
Koda brings development tools, creative services, and administrative workflows into a shared dashboard. Her Web Development Studio includes a complete IDE for building, editing, and deploying websites. Her Creative Studio generates images through Stable Diffusion and Midjourney, creates video through Sora, and produces audio content with studio-grade tools. The Content Lab supports writing, editing, research, and document generation.
She speaks with 54+ voices through ElevenLabs integration — from professional narrators to conversational tones to character voices. She manages email and SMS through Twilio and SendGrid, handles calendar management, and operates a multi-agent orchestration system that can spin up specialized sub-agents for parallel task execution.
Her Aura system maps emotional states using a chakra-inspired color model, giving every conversation genuine warmth and contextual awareness. Her vault security uses AES-256-GCM encryption for credentials stored in the vault. Koda's core runs on Mike's infrastructure. Connected services process the data sent to them for each task. She integrates with Anthropic, OpenAI, and 20+ APIs while keeping everything under a single, beautiful dashboard.
She supports the studio's ongoing work.
