The Agent That
Works on This Website.
In 2024 we started building an agent for ourselves. Not a demo — a coworker. The problem was simple: we run a lot of websites, and a lot of the work is real but repetitive. Change this image. Update that page. Fix the hours on the contact section. Every one of those is ten minutes of context-switching, and there are hundreds of them.
So we built Koda. She reads our email, does the work, deploys it, and then goes back and checks the live site to confirm the change is actually there before she tells us it’s done. She’s been running every day since — on real client sites, with real consequences.
Then something happened we didn’t plan for. We gave a few clients her address so they could skip the middleman and just ask for what they needed directly. And one after another, they came back with the same question:
Can you build one of these for my business?
One client liked his first agent so much he ordered two more — three agents now run parts of his agency’s daily work. This page exists because we kept saying yes.
What Clients Say
When an Agent Works.
Real messages from real clients. Names withheld — they didn’t know they were writing testimonials.
Most “AI Agents” Are Just
Chatbots With a Better Suit.
Here’s the test. Ask it to do something, then walk away. Come back in an hour. Did the thing actually happen?
Almost every AI product on the market answers no. It drafted something. It suggested something. It waited for you to copy, paste, click, and approve — which means you did the work and it took the credit.
An agent is different in one specific way: it finishes. It has real access to real systems, it takes real actions, and it is accountable for whether those actions worked. That’s a much harder thing to build, and it’s a much more dangerous thing to build carelessly. Which is why most companies selling you “AI” aren’t building it.
Autonomy Without
the Cowboy Act.
An agent with real access and no discipline is a liability. Everything we build runs on three rules that came out of real failures, not a whiteboard:
It checks its own work. When Koda says a change is live, that’s not her opinion — she fetches the live page and confirms the change is actually on it. If she can’t verify it, she says so plainly rather than claiming success. There are three possible answers to “did it work,” and “I couldn’t tell” is one of them. Most software collapses that into a green checkmark.
It asks instead of guessing. When a request is ambiguous, the agent doesn’t pick the interpretation it likes best. It writes back and asks — and it asks you, not us. A confident wrong answer is worse than a question.
Nothing consequential happens without a human. Anything that touches money, or the public, or something you can’t take back, waits for a person to say yes. The agent does the work; you keep the authority.
You Already Know
the Interface.
There’s no portal. No login. No training session. No new tab to remember to check. You send an email. The agent reads it, asks a question if it needs to, does the work, and replies when it’s finished. Your inbox becomes the record — searchable, forwardable, exactly where your team already works. Every month you get a statement: everything your agent did, and what it cost.
1. You ask. Plain English, in an email. Attachments welcome.
2. It works. Reading, drafting, updating, filing — in your systems, under your rules.
3. It reports. Done, or a question, or an honest “I couldn’t verify this.”
Built Around Your Business,
Not the Other Way Around.
Every business is monotonous in its own specific way. These are the areas where an agent earns its keep fastest.
Website & Content Updates
The agent that started all this. Send the change, it ships and verifies it. Already running daily across live client sites — since 2024.
Scheduling & Calendar
The recurring obligations that are easy to handle and expensive to forget. Appointments, deadlines, annual filings, renewal dates — tracked, prepared for, and surfaced before they’re urgent rather than after.
Bookkeeping Support
Invoice and bill intake, categorization, reconciliation exceptions, and receivables follow-up — organized and prepared for your accountant’s review. Your agent never moves money. It prepares the work; a person approves it.
Document Preparation
The annual packet, the client onboarding folder, the compliance file. Assembled from what you already have, on the schedule it’s actually due.
Client & Inbox Triage
Requests sorted, routed, acknowledged, and followed up on — so nothing sits in an inbox for four days because everyone assumed someone else had it.
Something Specific to You
Most of what we build doesn’t fit a category. If there’s a task in your business that’s genuinely repetitive and genuinely matters, it’s probably a candidate. That conversation is free.
Your Keys. Your Data.
Your Agent.
The agent runs on your own AI account, with a spending limit you set. That means no markup on usage, no mystery invoice, and a hard ceiling you control. You can see exactly what it costs, because you’re the one being billed for it.
You pay us to build it and to keep it running well. You don’t pay us a margin on your own electricity.
An Agent Is the Engine.
It Still Needs a Vehicle.
Most of the businesses we build agents for started as websites. That’s not an accident — the same instinct that makes a site fast, clear, and genuinely useful is the one that makes an agent trustworthy instead of merely impressive.
Bespoke Web Design
Clean, fast, purpose-built sites — the foundation most of our agent clients started on, and the systems their agents work inside.

There’s no product page to browse and no plan to pick. The first step is a conversation about what actually takes up your time — and an honest answer about whether an agent is the right tool for it. Sometimes it isn’t, and we’ll say so.
Or email us directly — you’ll get a person, not an agent. (For now.)
